His Father Dave Dowler, brother Dennie Dowler and a nephew Michael Dowler preceded him in death.
He is survived Fiancee Michele Andrews of Springfield, MO, Mother Midge Dowler, daughter Kristi Dowler of San Francisco Ca. , 3 brothers Bob Dowler of Branson, Mo., Jim Dowler of Springfield Mo., and Greg Dowler of Eastern Missouri, sister Suzie Dowler of Springfield, Mo., several nieces and nephews, and sisters in-law.
Visitation will be held , 6-8 p.m. Tuesday , August 4, 2009 in Greenlawn North Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association Friends and family may sign a guest book or send private condolences at: www.greenlawnfuneralhome.com.
