Ruby Faye White, 86, was called to her heavenly home on June 19, 2019. Her love and devotion to her family and her unwavering belief in God supported her throughout her life.
Ruby was born in Springfield, MO on March 28, 1933 to Marion and Lissie Scott. She attended Springfield High and later enrolled in Mr. Revell's School of Beauty where she would later have a career styling wigs and doing hair. Ruby eventually got a job at Bass Pro Shops where she retired. She spent the latter parts of her life drinking coffee, reading her Bible, praying and talking on the phone to anyone who'd call! She deeply loved her children, all of her grandchildren, redbirds, music, NASCAR (especially Bobby Labonte) and giving people a hard time. She didn't have a lot give but always knew how to give the world.
Ruby was blessed with a large and loving family. She had several brothers and sisters (that she has reunited with in Heaven) three fun, loving, caring and compassionate children and a bazillion grand children, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She knew every name and every birthday date without missing a beat. She is survived by her daughter Toni and Luke Wilkerson, her daughter Terri and Jeff Ridenour, and her son Jeff and Lea White.
Ruby will have a graveside service at the Lebanon City Cemetery at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2019.
