Ruth Fern Raney (Bennett) age 92, of Mansfield, MO passed away Thursday September 5th, 2019 at Rocky Ridge Manor Nursing Home.
Ruth was born on December 3,1927 in Wolfcreek, MO to parents Marvin D. and Frances I Bennett. Ruth united in marriage with Rod Cecil Raney. She was a loving mother to four daughters; Helen, Betty, Carolyn, and Connie. She enjoyed caring for children, most of her life working as a daycare provider and homemaker.
Ruth was preceded in death by her loving husband Rod Raney, two daughters Connie Raney and Carolyn Beavers as well as her parents Marvin and Frances Bennet.
Survivors include two daughters; Helen and husband Charles Murray, Betty and Eddie Hodge, her four grandchildren; Darin, Ralphie, Mirissa, and Tiffany, four great-grandchildren; Hunter, Kaleb, Madison, and Murray, and one great great-grandson Colton.
The family will have a graveside service for Ruth on Saturday September 7th, 2019 at 11:00 am in Thomas Cemetery in Norwood, MO.
