Sharon Marie Hardecke, 72, of Springfield, Mo., passed away on March 30, 2015, in her home. She was born May 27, 1942, the daughter of Warren and Mabel (Riske) Hardecke. She was employed for thirty years by Springfield Public Schools as an elementary teacher and principal. After retiring from the school district, she worked for Fisk Transportation as a driver and trainer. Preceding her in death are her parents and a nephew Dustin N. Hardecke. She is survived by her brother Howard Hardecke (Sherrie), and sister Marilyn O’Dell (Robert Mac), all of Springfield. Also surviving are her nephews Rob O’Dell, Fair Grove, Mo., Mark O’Dell (Adele), Springfield, and Clint Hardecke (Angela) of Bella Vista, Ark.; great-niece Jerrin O’Dell; and great-nephews Noah and Wyatt Hardecke. Also left to mourn her passing are her uncles Alvin Hardecke (Dorothy) of Sullivan, Mo.; Carl Hardecke of Strafford, Mo.; and her aunt Lillian Ridenhour of Farmington, Mo.Visitation will be Wednesday evening, April 1, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. The funeral service will be Thursday, April 2, at 1 p.m., also at Greenlawn North. The casket will be closed at the beginning of the service.Memorial contributions may be made to the Sharon M.
