Shiela Iran Turner was born October 6, 1951 in Versailles, Missouri.  She went with God on December 9, 2020, in Springfield, Missouri.  Most of her childhood and teenage years had traveling and moving all over the world, being the daughter of a Naval Officer.  She lived in Guam, Newfoundland and many states including Texas, where she graduated High School.
