Shirley Ann Camp, age 64 of Springfield, MO passed away of cancer Saturday, July 16, 2016 in Nixa at Christian Residential Care.
The daughter of Robert Camp and Mollie “Becker” Camp, was born on July 8, 1952 in Springfield, MO. Shirley was a very talented hair stylist and nail tech, for most of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Sandra Nelson and her nephew Bobby Camp. Shirley is survived by her 2 daughters, Joanie Linder of Springfield, MO and Christy Joy and Brian Joy of Ozark, MO, a brother Larry Camp and his wife Karen of Clever, MO. Along with many other family and friends who are mourning her passing. One grandson, who was her “everything” Aiden Joy.
Shirley never met a stranger and gathered many wonderful friends throughout her life. Her love for her family, friends and her 2 cats will resonate for many years to come.
We would like to thank the staff at Mercy Oncology and Mercy Hospice, along with the staff at Nixa Christian Residential Care.
