Steven Farmer, Age 55, of Marshfield, MO passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016. He was born April 19, 1960, in Clarksville, TN to Gordon Farmer and Joyce Barnhill. He served in the Air Force for 6 years. He worked for 30 years at Reckitt Benckiser in Springfield, MO. He was a very active member in an online community for the game Battle Pirates. He also enjoyed hunting, golfing, and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents and his brother Mark Farmer. He is survived by his brothers; Mike Farmer, Darryl Gaylor, and John Alexander and a sister; Linda Workman. He is also survived by his 3 sons; Kyle Farmer, Matthew Farmer, and Jeremy Farmer, 2 daughters-in-law; Jessica Farmer and Marlena Farmer, and 2 grandchildren; Baylin Farmer and Quest Farmer.
A visitation will be held on 04/22/2016 from Noon to 2 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home South, Springfield, MO. Burial will be held at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery on 04/22/2016 at 3 p.m.
