Travis Dee Williams, 73, of Rural Dunnegan was born in Neosho, MO. on February 28, 1944 and died in Bolivar, MO. at Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility on October 20, 2017.
Travis grew up north of Springfield, MO. attending school and S.M.S there. Travis was a member of the Missouri National Guard for 6 years. After moving to Polk County, he raised beef cattle and operated heavy equipment building ponds and terraces on various farms in the area.
Travis was a member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jo and Glen Williams. He is survived by brothers Glen, Keith, and wife Anna L. Lynn and Cindy and niece Katie, and brother Gale and numerous cousins.
Services for Travis Dee Williams will be held graveside at Pleasant Hill Cemetery on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 starting at 1:30 PM.
