Walter Kujawa passed away on March 5, 2016 at the age of 98. Walter follows his wife, Mary and his youngest son, Thomas, joining them in eternal rest.
Walter was proud of his service in the Army Air Force in WWII as a flight engineer, crewing on B-29s, B-17s and B-25s. Many were his stories which he loved to tell. Walter was also an artist and a craftsman, giving his paintings and crafts to friends, neighbors and associates.
Walter and his wife, Mary lived the examples of honesty, morality, a love for God and a respect for the natural environment for their sons. Walter was an example of goodness and ethics. He is survived by son, Michael and his wife Christa and daughter-in-law, Lenette.
Funeral services will be at the Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery 5201 S. Southwood Road on Wednesday, 3/9/16 at 10:00 AM. Your donations to charity are requested in lieu of flowers.
