Willard Thomas Avery 54, passed away in his sleep on February 24, 2016. The visitation will be at Greenlawn North Funeral Home on Monday the 29th of February from 5 to 7 pm and funeral will be 1 pm Tuesday at Greenlawn North Funeral Home, Springfield, MO. The burial will be at Danforth Cemetery in Strafford, MO following the services. He is preceded in death by his father Roy Lee Avery and survived by his mother Patricia Ann Avery; brothers: James Avery (Renae), Charles Avery (Norma), and sister: Teri Avery Quick (Rick); his two daughters: Annalea Suzanne Avery and Brittany M’liss Avery and step-son James Ryan Prugger; two grandsons: Andres Miguel and Antonio Thomas Cobayashi. He is also survived by his estranged wife, Julie Mills Avery; two step-daughters Megan and Kristin Baker, and the mother of his children, Suzi Carter. He was loved by all his many nieces and nephews. Willard will be missed by many. He was a very loving person and always gave a helping hand.
