Mr. William “Bill” Edward Waddelow, age 78, of Flemington, MO, passed away January 7, 2010, in Citizens Memorial Hospital Bolivar, MO. He was born January 10,1931, in Turlock, CA, to Edward & Mildred (Huckaba) Waddelow. He is a retired US Navy Korean War Veteran. He was united in marriage to Peggy Miller June 25, 1953. He attended the Galmey Church.
His parents precede him in death.
He is survived by his wife Peggy of the home; three sons: Fred Waddelow and his wife Marlene of Lakeside, CA, Dennis Waddelow and his wife Karen of Waverly, NB, and John Waddelow of Lincoln, NB; two daughters: Patricia Quam and her husband Dennis of Beatty, OR, and Cathy Hill and her husband Jeff of Lewisville, CO; a step sister Eva Jo Homuth and her husband Chuck of FL; 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends.
According to Bill’s wishes his body will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 12, 2010 in the Galmey Community Bible Church in Galmey, Missouri. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pitts Chapel Bolivar, MO.
