William Ignatius Smith, age 64, of Springfield, MO, passed away Friday, October 17, 2014 in his home. He was born February 23, 1950, in Brookfield, MO, to Edward and Wilma (Kunkel) Smith. He graduated from Brookfield High School. William spent most of his working career as an over the road truck driver.
He was preceded in death by parents, Edward William and Wilma Rose Smith. He is survived by two sons, Blake Smith, Douglass, KS and William Smith, Camdenton, MO; one grandson, Nathan West; one sister, Sondra Clark of Moberly, MO: and a host of family and friends.
Cremation services have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home North, Springfield, MO.
