He passed away on April 6, 2019 at his home in Omaha, Arkansas.
William was born on June 17, 1933 Fowler, Colorado the son of Harry and Veda Ella Cox Webb. He was a retired boiler engineer and served his country as a veteran of the U. S. Navy. He had been a resident of Omaha, Arkansas the past 11 years moving there from California.
Survivors are his wife; Gloria “Raye” Coffelt Webb of the home. Two sons: William James Webb Jr, of Fairland, Oklahoma and Donald Ray Webb of Oroville, California. Two sisters; Betty Davis of Yuba City, California and Louise Sorling of Chico, California. Four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Harry Webb and Eddie Harrison.
Visitation will be at 1:00 PM prior to the services at 2:00 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
