Uncle Bill, you will forever be in my heart. I have many fond memories of visiting you & Auntie Raye in Oroville on Plumas Ave. It was always so much fun to be at your house! Say hi to my dad & sister & Grandma Veda ...I know you are all together now. Rest in Love & Peace!✝️❤️

Bill Webb you were and always will be one of my best and dear friends. Will never forget the kindness you and Raye showed me when I would come to Oroville and work. Over the years our friendship became more than just a job at Louisiana Pacific. I will never forget the 4 wheeler rides up on the Mountain tops. The camping out with snowbanks forming around our tents. The history lessons you showed and taught me about Feather River, the gold mine towns and life in general. You were an older brother to me and I shall never forget you. Seems the Angels needed another pedal steel player in heaven. Well, they got a good one in you. Love you Brother. Rest In Peace. Miss Raye, my thoughts and prayers go out to you and the rest of the family. You are truly a one of a kind, one of the most kind and good hearted women I have ever met in my many years of life. Love you very much.

Raye, Billy and Donny...I am so sorry for Bills passing. Even though I hadnt seen him for such a long time, I've never forgotten what a great smile he had and how much I enjoyed coming to your house as a kid. My love and prayers are with you.
