William Jefferson Bounds 76, Fair Grove, Mo. passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019. He was born on January 21, 1944, in Wappapello, Mo. to Paulus G. and Jewell F. (Green) Bounds, and a retired Medical Technologist from the Federal Medical Center. He was a graduate of Drury University, with a B.S. in Biology. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
William was preceded in death by his parents, a brother: Milford Bounds and two sisters: Pauline Royer and Virginia Elder. He is survived by his wife, Carol Bounds, two sons: Mark Bounds and his wife Dana, and John Bounds and his wife, Angela, and one daughter: Jana Bounds, four grand-children: Amanda, Braeden, Connor, and Ellie, and two sisters: Velma Webb and Deborah Pena.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with burial in Rivermont Cemetery. Visitation will be from Noon to 1:00 p.m. before services.
