BIlly was the best big brother a girl could wish for. HE was super man, he could fix anything mechanical and gave me life's best lessons. A man of morals and values rarely seen in today's world. ITs been 7 months now and I still miss him everyday. HOld your loved ones close and make time for the little things in life in the end family matters most. RIP Billy. Keep heavens back gate open, see you, love you❤️

Robert and I got to watch the entire beautiful funeral service this morning via live stream. Thank you so much for providing the link. It really helped us to not get too "down in the bridle"... we're feeling so much better having gotten to participate in the laugh/crying with friends and family! Love and a big hug to you, Betty, and to your beautiful family. We'll be keeping you in our prayers.

Today we celebrate the short time on this earth we shared with Uncle Billy. He was a kind, decent and loving man. The world was a better place with him in it.

Bill, my heart is broken. I love you, and will miss your wonderful influence in my life. Your brother, Brian, will be lost, without his best friend, mentor, fishing buddy, construction buddy, and working on cars. The world is missing you, and your wonderful smile, and wit. Devastated for your family. Love Susie
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Bill Bartley's life has been one success followed by another. A wonderful marriage of 52 years to Betty. Two great kids, Brett and Beth and wonderful grandkids. Bill was a loving father and grandfather. A very successful career at Xerox Corp. Raised a Morgan Horse named The Entertainer from a colt to see it become a world champion. Trained himself in the sport of fishing to become a very accomplished fisherman. BERNIE, he wouldn't have caught all those fish without all your expert fishing tips. These are few of my memories. I am proud to have been your friend the past forty years. Jerry Bernet

Betty, Brett, Beth, all of my Bartley cousins... I am so sorry for your loss. Billy spent a few summers with us (company-sponsored training ) when Bruce and I were kids. Such a wonderful man, always willing to give up his time entertaining his young cousins. I always looked forward to his visits. Such a terrible loss.... My heart goes out to all of you.

There are simply not enough words I can find to define Billy or how much I appreciated knowing him. An entirely unassuming, gentle man who could wipe you out with his wit and witticism. Both apparent and reserved, making measured decisions and offering support where most needed. An accomplished, contemporary horseman rooted in the history of all horses. Betty, Beth, Brett and families - our condolences, Kris and Kelly Lager

It’s been so many years since I’ve seen your family, Betty, but when I heard of Bill’s passing, the first thing I thought of was his smile. I will always remember Bill as a very kind man who loved to laugh. My heart goes out to you, Beth, Brett, and the rest of your family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
