Very saddened to hear of the passing of Lance. My condolences go out especially to the family. I knew Lance only thru his playing music in his Band “Midnight Prairie” back in the eighties when he played fairly regularly in Tulsa at the club called Tulsa City Limits. I was the lighting person there for many years and it was always a pleasure when lance played there. He thoroughly enjoyed the playing of music and entertaining the many people who got a chance to see him in action. He had a great personality. He will be truly missed by family , friends and anyone who knew him. Rest in peace my friend.

So terribly sorry for your loss. Lance was someone that once he touched your life he always had a place in your heart and I always felt he was a part of our family and we did love him. Everytime we ran into him it was just as though we had never been been apart for all that time. He will be missed by so many.

So sorry to hear that Lance has passed. I too went to school with him. He was such a sweet guy. I hadn’t seen him in many years and didn’t realize just how talented he was but I’m not suprised. Peace to your family. Carol Flanagan-Whiteside

I’ve known Lance since EOSC days. Had lots of good times listening to his band back then. He was a very good musician but most of all he was a very good person. Always had a smile on his face and loved to joke around. He will truly be missed. When you see a cardinal come to visit, it is your loved ones letting you know they are still there with you. Prayers to all of Lance’s family.

I am so sorry for your loss. I went to school with Lance and have only good memories of him, he was a kind soul and a true gentleman, which was rare at that age. He was always true to himself, he was country when country wasn’t cool. Rest in Peace my friend. Northwest Classen classmate Lana Knowles-Guy
