Gladys Smalley, age 90, of Wentworth, MO passed away Monday, November 25th, 2019.
Gladys was born in Union, MO on July 24, 1929 to parents August and Louisa Hahn. Her fist love was Carl Nevills and still was as of today. She loved working as a CNA in nursing facilities and homes. Her hobbies include taking care of her grandchildren, taking long walks, baking, sewing, canning and watching westerns.
She was preceded in death by her mom and dad, both sisters, her children; Randy Lee Wall, Steven Wall, Johnny Rae Wall, Mary Jane Wall, Jr. Nevills and Gary Gene Wall.
Survivors include her two daughters; Jeanette and Pat Mettlach and Marney Jordan, her sons; Robert Wall, Marvin Nevills and wife Phylis and August Nevills, her grandchildren; Chris Powell, Kasey Mettlach, Tyler Foster-Wall, Christy Cook, Heath Foster, Bruce Foster, Daniel Nevills, Amber Wall, Stephanie George, Angie Tucker, Jessica Wetzel, Eric Willoughby and Robert Willoughby, her great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren as well as a host of family and friends.
The family will receive friends on November 29, 2019 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Greenlawn Funeral Home South. Services will be held afterwards at 10:00 am in Greenlawn Funeral Home South 441 West Battlefield Springfield, Missouri 65807. Burial to follow at Monet Cemetery.
