Alice Jewel Stinson of Springfield, Missouri passed away on September 27, 2019 in Springfield, Missouri of congestive heart failure. Alice was born in Monegaw Springs, Missouri to Charles and Fern Palmer on December 2, 1933.

Alice is survived by her three grandchildren: granddaughter, Jennifer (Tom) Colley of Woodinville, Washington; grandson, Jeremy Bouchard of Springfield, Missouri; granddaughter, Janelle Bowley of Des Moines, Iowa; eight great grandchildren Michael Colley, Ella Colley, Kaelyn Colley, Jack Colley, Maxwell Colley, Bailey (Alex) Roman, Ashton Bouchard, and Zachary Anderson. She is also survived by her brothers Lonnie (Judy) Palmer and Joe (Carol) Palmer. As well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Alice is preceded in death by her beloved husband John Stinson Jr. and daughter Victoria E Bouchard.
She is also preceded in death by her sisters Martha (Vernie) Smith and Mary Swopes. As well her brothers Everett Palmer and Jim (Shirley) Palmer.

Alice attended Roscoe High School.

Alice enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and her family. She also enjoyed baking and painting.

Service will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at noon at Greenlawn Funeral Home East. Burial will be at Sarcoxie Cemetery following the funeral service.
