Sharon was born in Pontiac, MI on June 4, 1942 to Kenny and Eva Fisher. She was on the National Honor Society and the top of her typing and short-hand classes in Northridge High School of Dayton Ohio.
Her first job out of high school was a stenographer at Wright Patterson Air Force Base east of Dayton, Ohio.
Sharon married James (Jim) Tygrett on March 16, 1962. They moved to Springfield, MO in June of 1974.
She was preceded in death by her father Kenny Fisher, mother Eva (Brown) Fisher, sister-in-law Marcia Fisher, and aunts and uncles.
She is survived by her husband Jim Tygrett of Springfield, MO; her son Douglas and Chris Tygrett of Nixa; daughters, Sheri and Scott Thomas of Walnut, MO, and Sandra Martella of Jacksonville, FL.
Sharon is survived by her sister, Kathy and Gerry Bowden of Arcanum, Ohio, and brother Gary Fisher of Arcanum, Ohio.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Connie and Christopher Stephens of Nixa, MO with their children and Sharon’s great grandchildren Jett and Willow. Shawn Tygrett of Ozark, MO. Brandon Thomas of Crane, MO; David Martella of Jacksonville, FL; and Tori Martella of Pensacola, FL.
She is survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 29, 2018 with the funeral service following at 2:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
