Daniel D. Hahn III was born January 20 1978 To Dan & Lena Hahn in Beaufort, South Carolina at 7:39 A.M. He departed from this earth on December 16, 2016. Daniel Will be remembered for his service to the Salvation Army. Daniel loved motorcycles, kayaking, fishing and the great outdoors. He would minister to anybody in need and helped his fellow man every chance he could. Daniel loved wolves and his two dogs, Lil D and Bella. He enjoyed traveling with his job and working with “J”. Daniel was a faithful member of Homeland Baptist Church of Springfield, MO.
He is preceded in death by his Grandparents, Harold and Bobbie Osborn and Dan and Mary Hahn, and his Father-In-Law, Kenneth Hudgins. He is survived by his loving wife, Nishia Hahn of Springfield, MO, his parents, Dan & Lena Hahn of Bolivar, MO, his sisters, Kristen (Ben) Oliver of Buffalo, MO, and Tiffany (Tony) Mooneyham, his sons, Chris Hahn, James Hahn, Dustin Harvey, Kyle Harvey, and daughter, Jacqueline Mooneyham. Also surviving are his grandchildren; Jordan Hughes, Chandler Harvey, Zayne Harvey, Bailey Harvey, and Connor Berry, and a host of family and friends that will miss him greatly.
Before the service we welcome anyone who wants to visit and celebrate his life from 12:00pm until services start. Services will be under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home North on Friday, December 23, 2016, at 1:00pm. There will be a meal served at Homeland Baptist Church at 3:00pm, following the service.
We would like to share with family and friends one of Daniel’s favorite verses from Romans 12:9-11. “Don’t just pretend that you love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Stand on the side of the good. Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other. Never be lazy in your work, but serve the Lord enthusiastically.”
