He is survived by his Wife, Tara Michelle Shirley of Branson, MO, 3 sons, Shane Shirley of Branson, MO, Matthew Shirley of Powderly, Texas, Neil Shirley of Fordland, MO. 2 daughters, Rachael Shirley of Powderly, Texas and Kadie Shirley of Fordland, MO. His parents, James Evans and Sheryl Smith both of Ventura, CA. He was preceded in death by his son, Kevin Shirley.
