Elijah Michael Davis, 1, passed away on March 1, 2013 at his home in Ozark, Missouri from battling the affects of a brain malformation and mitochondrial disease. Born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma he is the son of Christopher Michael and Rebecca Ann (Buckler) Davis of Ozark, Missouri.
Elijah is often thought of as a superhero because of the help and hope he brought to numerous people around the world. In just 15 months, we were able to witness the effect one little boy had on so many and the many for one little boy.
Elijah is survived by his parents Chris and Becky of Ozark, and his sister and best friend Adrienne. He leaves his grandparents, David and Melissa Buckler of Marion, Indiana; Debbie (Robinson) Buckler of Marion, Indiana; T.J. and Julie Davis of Mannford, Oklahoma. Elijah is also survived by his great-grandparents Joe and Shirley Buckler of Marion, Indiana; Frank Robinson of Marion, Indiana; Jim and Jo Davis of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Philip and Leah Vincent of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He also leaves aunts, uncles, cousins, church family, and many medical professionals who cared for his well-being.
