Funeral Service for Dr. Glennis Gerald (Jerry) Wilhoit D.C. age 88 of Kirbyville, MO. will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, April 5, 2014 at A Gathering Place, 117 Highlandville Rd., Highlandville, MO. with Gaylen Van Loon and Jon Knochenmus officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home of Branson.

He died on Thursday, April 3, 2014 in Kirbyville, MO.

He was born on December 27, 1925 in Dalton, MO the son of Rutherford Benton Wilhoit and Bonnie Wilhoit. He was a retired Chiropractic Physician. He had been a resident of area for the past 37 years.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Alma Lou Wilhoit of Kirbyville, MO.four sons: Larry Wilhoit and wife Beverly of Scottsbluff, NE., James Wilhoit and wife Linda of Aurora, CO., Donald Wilhoit and wife Mary Lou of Chillicothe, MO., David Osborne and wife Kathy of Pine Bluff, AR., one sister, Alma Wahlbrink and husband Wayne of Laclede, MO., seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings: Doris Ruth Wilhoit, Eula Wilhoit, Kenneth Wilhoit, Delby Wilhoit and Lowell Wilhoit.

Visitation will be from 1:30 – 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at A Gathering Place, 117 Highlandville Rd., Highlandville, MO. 65669.
