Funeral services for David McDowell Champlin age 83 of Reeds Spring, Missouri will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson with Pastor Dan Olson officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
He did March 2, 2015 at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, Missouri.
He was born on September 7, 1931 in Crow’s Nest, Australia the son of Woodford Garrell and Frances Emily Champlin. He was a retired salesman and was a U.S. Army veteran and was of the protestant faith.
He is survived by two children: Jason Champlin and Heather Largent both of Reeds Spring, Missouri and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a half brother, Lionel Lawson.
Visitation will be from 2 until service time at 3 PM on Wednesday.
