He was born February 13, 1949, in Pleasant Hope, Missouri to the late Thomas Junior and Nancy Marie Aubrecht Johnston Warren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Jean Pendergrass. Survivors include a son , Jerry Lee Johnston, Jr. of Springfield; 4 brothers, Donnie W. Warren, of Flat Creek TN, Terry Johnston and wife Beth of Fordland, Tommy Johnston and wife Liz of Rogersville, and Sargent Thomas Johnston and wife Tammy of El Paso TX; four sisters, Kathy Warren of Flat Creek, TN Karen Warren of LaVergne, TN, Judy Williams of Marshfield, and Tammy McKinney and husband Danny of Fordland; granddaughter, Brittany Michelle Johnston, Springfield; and a host of family and friends.
Graveside services will be at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, April 16, 2015 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
