A visitation for Charles Houston Davis age 76 of Walnut Shade, Missouri will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2015 from 4:30 until 6:30 PM at Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson.
He died July 15, 2015 at Cox Medical Center in Branson, Mo.
He was born February 18, 1939 in Highlandville, Missouri the son of James and Virginia Zeigler Davis. He was a retired control technician working in heating and air conditioning. He was a member of the Church of Christ on Eagle Rock Road in Branson and served with the U.S. Army.
Survivors are his wife, Rodella Jean Davis of the home. Two sons; Jeffery Wayne Davis of Houston, Texas and Allan Ray Davis of Houston, Texas, one brother, Jim Davis of Corbett, Oregon, three sisters; Barbara Trickle of Ottawa, Kansas, Carol Sue Armstrong of Wetmore, Kansas and Trula Hummrick of Lansing, Kansas. Six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers is suggested to the American Lung Association or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
All friends and family are invited to the Branson Towers Hotel following the visitation for a catered meal.
