Francis (Frank) Joseph Connors passed away in Springfield, MO on July 24, 2015. He was preceded in death by his four brothers and a sister. Francis (Frank) Joseph Connors passed away in Springfield, MO on July 24, 2015. He was preceded in death by his four brothers and a sister. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 25 years Patricia, his children Colleen, Paul (Shelly), and Scott (Cathy), and stepdaughter Nancy (Brian) Starr. Frank leaves behind 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Frank served as a Lt Colonel within the Strategic Air Command in the US Air Force and was an active member of the American Legion and Elks Lodge. A service will be held on Thursday July 30, 2015 at 3:00 pm at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, 5201 S Southwood Rd, in Springfield. Services are under the care of Greenlawn Funeral Home East.
