Elizabeth (Betty) Kerr Osborne, 95, born March 2, 1920 in Flemington, NJ passed away November 11, 2015 in Springfield, MO after a short illness. Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Joseph Osborne, grandson James Thomas Gentry, and son-in-law Mike Lins. She is survived by her three children, Judith Gentry and husband Jack of Bluffton, SC; Jeanne Lins of Springfield, MO; and David Osborne and wife Christine of Greenbrier, AR. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren who all loved her dearly. Mrs. Osborne lived in Nitro, WV for over 60 years where she attended St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, spent many happy years as a member of Sleepy Hollow CC in Hurricane, and retired from the Bank of Nitro after 20 years of service. She relocated to Springfield, MO in 2001. Interment will be at Cunningham Memorial Cemetery in a private ceremony.
