Tom was pastor of Born Again Church in Marshfield MO until 7/2019; he had to retire due to illness.
Thomas loved the Lord, his wife, his children, his grandchildren, and everyone he had the privilege to share the Love of God with. There was a plaque displayed in a stairwell of one of the churches he worked in that stated, “the ultimate imperative is a servant’s heart”. This statement epitomizes Tom’s ministry and desire to serve God. His favorite verse was Psalms 118:24 “This is the day the Lord has made, let use rejoice and be glad in it.”
We as a family believe, though we are saddened for our loss, we rejoice in our faith. The parable of the faithful servant; Matthew 25:23, “Well done, thou good and faithful servant! Thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things; enter thou into the joy of thy Lord!”
