Linda Kay Ice, passed away on May 22, 2020 at the age of 77. Linda was born at Burge Hospital in Springfield, Missouri on June 18, 1942. She attended Parkview High School. She quit high school but later earned her GED.
In the spring of 1959, she married Winfred (Bo) Earl Bowman. They had one daughter, Deidre Kay Berry.
Linda was a cheerful person. She loved to laugh and have good time. She didn’t know a stranger and would often strike up a conversation with people she didn’t know.
Linda went to work at Lily Tulip May 17, 1961. She worked there for 43 years and retired June 16, 2004.
Linda was a long standing member of Southminster Presbyterian Church.
Linda was preceded in death by by her mother, Marie Beatrice Mills, and father, Frank Waldo Mills. Linda is survived by her daughter, Deidre Kay Berry and sister, Nancy Marie Robinett.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The service will follow visitation and will begin at 2:00 p.m. Immediately thereafter will be burial at Hazelwood Cemetery.
