Paul Dean Hoffman, age 81, went to his heavenly home on September 21, 2020. Paul was born on December 29, 1938 in Springfield, Missouri to Paul T. and Irma “Deanie” (Fellers) Hoffman. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving from 1956 to 1964.
Paul loved to find a bargain at the flea market and work on old guns in his spare time. He also played the guitar and sang from time to time. He loved the outdoors and often took his children and grandchildren hunting and fishing. Paul always had a story or a good joke to tell his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two sons, Terry Dean Hoffman and Paul Alan Hoffman and the mother of his four eldest children, Harriet A. (Fisher) Blakey. Surviving are his sister, Norma Day (Gary), brother, Larry Hoffman (Alice), son, Keith Hoffman, two daughters, Lois Strouse (Darrell) and Jennifer Lay (Lloyd), Jennifer’s mother, Harriett N. (Price) Hoffman, 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
