Obituary for Dorothy Harrell

Dorothy Northrop Sasse Harrell was born March 20, 1928 in Garfield, County, Oklahoma at Grandma Burroughs home. Her Parents were Paul and Irene Northrop. She had a brother Robert Northrop and a Sister Audrey Carruth.

Dorothy graduated from High School in Blackwell, Oklahoma and attended Southwestern Bible College in 1945. It was at Southwestern that Dorothy met her husband Melvin Sasse, they were married for over 30 years serving as Pastors and Evangelist in Assembly of God churches.

After the Death of Melvin Sasse, Dorothy met and married Jim Harrell of Springfield, MO. They were married for 25 years until He graduated to Heaven.

Upon Marrying Jim, Dorothy expanded her family with Jim’s Children and their families:

She loved ALL of her Children, Grandchildren and her Great-Grandchildren, and She prayed for them each day. Those prayers will be missed.

Dorothy passed from this Life to her heavenly home December 12, 2020 leaving a legacy as a Woman of Faith, Prayer and Love. She will be greatly Missed!
