Doug went to be with our Lord on February 1, 2021 at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, MO. surrounded by friends and family. He was born in Harrison, Arkansas on May 3, 1961.

Doug was a 1979 graduate of Harrison High School and a 1983 graduate of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He was an avid Razorback fan, loved the Kansas City Chiefs and the St. Louis Cardinals. Doug loved the outdoors floating in his kayak, playing golf, spending time on Table Rock Lake and Lake of the Ozarks with friends and his favorite passion, Snow Skiing in Colorado.

His career in Real Estate in Branson started in 1988 at Fall Creek Resort. In 1993 he started his employment with Thousand Hills Golf Resort and at the time of his death he was employed with Branson Realty USA.

Those of us that were lucky enough to know Doug can tell you how he could light up a room with his great smile and amazing personality. He had a way of making lifetime friendships with people he met and his clients through work.

Doug attended Branson Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents Joe David Fast and Shirley Fast. He is survived by his sister Tammy Hardesty and her husband Gregg Hardesty of Fairbury, Illinois and many many friends.

Honorary Pallbearers include Mike Yarbrough, Phillip Wood, Jim Johnson, Jimmy Kirkland, Dan Ruda, Randy (Bear) Thomas, Gregg Hardesty, Dr. Jerry Hamblin, Jon Murray Stacey and Paul Foreman.
