Chad Carl VanDamme, 40, Walnut Grove, MO. passed away May 26, 2021, in Springfield, MO. He was born in Denver, Colorado, on April 12, 1981 to Gary and Carol (Kimbley) VanDamme. He was a graduate of Lakewood High School, in Lakewood, Colorado. Chad was a faithful member of  United Baptist Church, Springfield, MO. Chad loved the Lord and loved his family. His hobbies included flying drones with his son and building a homestead for his family. He loved the Word Of God and spent a lot of time studying his Bible. He was an amazing husband and always put his wife first. He was the very best Daddy and was happiest when he had one of his babies in his arms. He truly selflessly love his family and he is incredibly missed.

Chad was preceded in death by his mom, Carol, and his grandparents: Chester and Rebecca Van Damme and Carl and Marjorie Kimbley He is survived by his wife, Lori (Smith) VanDamme, they were married on July 27, 2004, on Look Out Mountain in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. He is also survived by his children; Alyssa, Logan, Alexa, Micah, and Ethan, his father, Gary VanDamme, his sister and her husband: Deanna and Will Anderson and his nieces and nephews: Reya, Jayden, Gabriel, Kingston, and Lincoln along with many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Burial will be June 11, 2021 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado
