She passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at the Nixa Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Nixa, MO.
She was born on April 16, 1933 in Pawnee City, Nebraska, the daughter of Elmer and Paraleigh Ramsey Ingwerson. She was a former bank teller and branch manager with Great Southern Bank. She was of the Baptist faith and she had an avid love for the outdoors.
She is survived by her three children: Vicki McFarland and husband, Terry of Branson, MO., Kelly Prewitt of Chandler, AZ., Christopher Chase of Stevens Point, WI., three siblings: Lucylle C. Cannon of Sabetha, KS., Suzanne Sullivant of Lake of the Ozarks, MO., Charles Ingwerson of Creighton, MO., three grandchildren: Matthew McFarland of Harrison, AR., Michael Prewitt of Chandler, AZ., Elli Chase Boldman of Branson, MO., and one great-granddaughter, Chloe McFarland. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Donald Chase and two siblings: Jerry Ingwerson and Darlene Gower.
