Maxine Booth, 88, Springfield, MO. passed away November 5, 2021, at The Manor At Elfindale, after a long illness. She was born on June 24, 1933, in LaLoce, New Mexico, to Clell and Nora (Mills) Blevins. She was a homemaker and a member of Grandview Baptist Church. Maxine was a graduate of Pleasant Hope, MO. High School and Baptist Bible College. On December 27, 1958, Maxine was united in marriage to Gene Booth, in Center, Texas.
Maxine was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Anna May Popejoy. Maxine is survived by her husband, of 63 years, Gene Booth, her daughter: Tammy Moody and her husband, David, her sister, Karen Harris and her husband, Benny, along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with burial to follow, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday evening, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
