From Ken’s cousin, Dick Hoagland. I should have known something was wrong when I stopped getting e-mails & phone calls from Ken. We grew up together on a farm in Seymour, Mo. as two kids of a family of six boys from three wonderful mothers. I can’t begin to say how broken hearted I am to get this announcement. I live in Calif. and would have been at Ken’s memorial had I known. Barbara, when you’re up to it please call me as I no longer have your phone number. I truly loved that guy...Dick

My mother, Dorothy Chadwell, heard of your loss today. Ken was such a special student and friend to my mom. She remembers how he met her at the door of the Senior Citizen's Center at the alumni event last spring, with his ready smile. She treasures the poems he wrote for her. You are all in our prayers. We feel so blessed to have known Ken!

Worked with Ken many years. He was fun to work with and cared about the people. We were coworkers, more than that, many became lifelong friends. Sorry for your loss, will be praying for the family and friends. God bless you.

To the Carter Family , Norm and I (Jan), were so very saddened to hear of Ken’s passing. He was missed today at the clubhouse. Many of the senior men got together in his memory. He was a rare man. If I was on my back porch I’d always get a wave from Ken. Barb, Ken and you were always in my mind, “The Greeters”. You both put smiles on many faces. You have many friends who would be willing to help in anyway. Love to you..... Norm and Jan Tullis
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
