Myrna Irene Watts, age 69, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on September 7, 2023, at Cox Medical Center South. Myrna was born to Kyle and Peggy Jones on October 5, 1953, in Pleasant Hope, MO. She graduated from Pleasant Hope High School with the class of 1971.  Myrna immediately started working for Zenith and would continue with the business until their closing. Myrna was united in marriage to Jack Watts on November 29, 1975.

Myrna was preceded in death by her father, Kyle Jones; mother, Peggy Murray; husband, Luis “Jack” Jackson Watts; brother-in-law’s, David Ray Tucker, and James Robert Watts. She is survived by her brother Kirk Jones (wife Connie); sister, Nancy Francka (husband Frank); sister, Karen Tucker; step-daughter, Daisha Mitchell; step granddaughters; Jamee Grisham, Rikilynn Beel, Kyra Mitchell; god-children, Jessica Thomas, Charlie Thomas, and Victory Baker along with 5 great grandchildren; brother in law, Robert Ancel Watts; sister in law, AnnaMae Janet Hartman; Uncle Billy Murray (wife Sue) and Aunt Betty Trentalange (husband Ralph), nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends too numerous to mention.

Myrna was tender hearted, kind spirited, and when she made friends, she did so for life. She loved her family dearly, and her pets.  Myrna was greatly loved in return and will be missed.
