Lois Jane Hazen, age 80, of Springfield, Missouri, went home to be with the Lord on November 22, 2024. She was born on October 20, 1944, in Picher, Oklahoma, to Ralph R. Fields and Lois (Stowe) Fields. Jane attended Springfield Public Schools and graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1962. She was united in marriage to David A. Hazen, Sr., on May 10, 1963, in Harrison, Arkansas.
Jane is survived by her daughter, Amanda James and husband, Rex, of Lebanon, Missouri; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Hazen; son, David Allen Hazen, Jr.; father and mother, Ralph and Lois Fields; granddaughter, Tiffany Dust; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, 1:00 pm, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband, David.
Arrangements are under the compassionate direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home North in Springfield, Missouri.
