Irene Elizabeth Self age 88 of Branson passed away on October 11, 2025 in Branson, MO.
She was born on October 9,1937 in New Mines, Missouri the daughter of David and Edna Farris Warden. She had worked as a seamstress for many years before moving with her husband to Branson from Festus, Missouri 30 years ago. She enjoyed Black Powder Shooting, traveling, cooking, crafts, ceramics and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband: Leo Self of Branson, a brother, John Warden (Faye) of Merriam Woods, Missouri, a sister Margaret and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A visitation will be held on October 24, 2025 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson.
Arrangements and cremation was under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her memory are suggested to the Taney Senior Center Building Fund in Forsyth, Missouri.
