On August 12th, 2026, our sweet, beloved boy Oliver James Cutter went to be with God. 

 He was born in Springfield, MO on March 16th, 2013, to parents Meggie & Malcolm Cutter. 

 Oliver was an extremely bright child who loved reading and math at an early age & taught himself how   to read and write at 2 years old. He adored his sisters Minnie & Posey. He was an avid gamer, loved to   watch YouTubers and made ranking tier lists of his favorite foods, and activities. Swimming was one of   his favorite things to do in the summer, vacations and for every birthday. He wanted to move to the   beach someday and live by water. He was a very protective brother and let Posey sleep with him almost   every night. He loved his family more than anything and loved to snuggle and go on road trips. Oliver   was quirky, sensitive and sweet and always loved family time together. 

 He always had a smile and positive attitude through all of his medical struggles, time in the hospital, his   brain surgeries and epilepsy. Every day was a brand-new day for him, and he never woke up sad or with   any fears about tomorrow. 

 He was extremely outgoing and loved to talk about his favorite video games or interesting fun facts. He   inspired us all to live authentically as ourselves with bravery and joy. 

 His memory will forever be cherished and held in the hearts of his parents, Meggie & Malcolm, his   sisters Minnie and Posey, his grandparents Tom and Debbie Sutherland and Katrina and Steve cutter   and many more family, friends and the lives of everyone he has touched with his kindness, curiosity,   loving nature and goofy sense of humor and ability to march to his own drum and spread so much love   and laughter.

A memorial service for Oliver will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026 at Greenlawn Funeral Home East.
