Anna Mae Stokes, age 80, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2017 at home. She was born October 10, 1936 in West Plains, MO the daughter of Thomas Roscoe Martin and Cora Ellen (Williams) Martin.
She is survived by her husband Ed L. Stokes of the home, son Bill Stokes and his wife Laura, daughter Debbie A Whitman and her husband Larry, son Rodney Stokes and his wife Valerie, son Robert Stokes, and his wife, Cristy, grandchildren: Elizabeth Anderson, Kim Hart, Eli Stokes and wife Sandy, Christel Hart and husband Scott, Ashley Howard and husband Matt, Jacob Perry, Ashley and her husband Ashley Dawson, Kristina and Mickey Proctor, Tara and Justin Hart, Brandi and James Heinrichs, Vance and Nozomi Stokes, Lacie and Lee Hart, Justin and Joshua Stokes, Chelsea Wilson and Connie Herr and husband Andrew, great-grandchildren: Erin Lee, Caleb, Mason and Chelsea Anderson, Victoria and William Hart, Ivey Braden, Jessie Andrus, Haven, Finley, Orion and Brynie Hart, Skye and Virginia Jackson, Summer Wilder, Isaac Howard, Henley and Boston Proctor, Kennedy Dawson and Cooper and Delani Heinrichs, Evie Natsuki Stokes, Aiden Akito Stokes, Maximus and Jesse Wilson and Nathan Stokes, great-great- grandchildren: Jordan, Weston and a new one on the way by Lacie, and two sisters: Ruby and Bernadine.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 6-8 pm at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Funeral services will be Thursday at 12:30 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery. The family would like to thank Oxford Hospice for the great care shown to them and Anna during this difficult time.
