Anthony “Tony” Wayne Foley, age 63, of Ozark, Missouri, passed away on January 4, 2026, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield. Tony was born to Ollie Mae Mace on July 3, 1962, in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated from Jefferson City High School in 1980. Tony was united in marriage to Sara Hovis on May 24, 1989, in Lake Ozark, Missouri. The couple shared 36 years of marriage before Tony’s untimely passing. Tony and Sara were blessed with three loving children, Sydney, Chase, and Jordyn.
Tony recently retired from Kraft Foods in Springfield where he was employed for more than 20 years. Tony enjoyed a variety of hobbies and pastimes such as golfing, deer hunting, playing slow pitch softball, and listening to music. He was a sports enthusiast and was an avid fan of the Raiders. Nothing, however, brought him more joy and fulfillment than watching his kids play sports.
Tony was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harrison and Althea Mace and a grandson, Gannon Newlyn. He is survived by his wife, Sara; children, Sydney, Chase, and Jordyn; mother, Ollie Mae Huffman; two sisters and their families, Deanna Deloney and her spouse, Mike, and Kara Jett and her spouse, Rae. Tony is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A memorial service for Tony will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026, 10:00 am, at Greenlawn Funeral Home and Life Tribute Center in Ozark, Missouri. Tony will be laid to rest at the Tuscumbia Cemetery in Tuscumbia, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Tony’s memory to a charity of choice or the Hopedale Baptist Church Build Fund.
