Becky Shanks of Rogersville, Mo passed away October 9th, 2023 at Cox Medical Center South surrounded by her family. She was born July 29, 1969 to Robert and Janet (Godfrey) Weeks in El Paso, Texas. She was a veteran of the US Army and an LPN. She was married to “My Jimmy” for 24 years when he passed. She worked in the Healthcare System, the food industry and her favorite job being a hands on Mom.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Shanks, her father Robert Weeks and a sister Bobby Winslow. She is survived by her son Laddie, her 2 daughters Celessa (Dani) and Josie, her mother Janet Weeks, Furry kids Roger and Scamper, Grandkitties Richard Edward, Steve Miller, and Piggy, and many cherished nieces and nephews, cousins and other extended family and friends of both the Shanks and Weeks family.
Memorial services will be at 3:00 p.m. Monday, October 23, 2023 at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, inurnment to follow, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Before services.
