She is survived by:
Wes Roberts (son), Sherri Roberts (daughter in law) and Luke Roberts (grandson) and nieces and
nephews: Sheyla Nunn, Larry Lugenbell, Steve Lugenbell, Dennis Lugenbell, Beth Lugenbell, Becky
Moses, and Terry Falkenback.
June was born in the country and never lost her love for the beauty and peace she found there.
Family was very important to her and she would often reminisce and talk of the fond memories and
time spent with loved ones and was a very loving and caring mother and grandmother.
She worked many different jobs over the years from customer service, pharmacy technician,
management and retired from College of the Ozarks as switch board operator. She enjoyed her
various job experiences and was good at all of them. Each time her work ethic and dependability
prevailed. She also loved gardening, canning, cooking and baking. Preparing a meal for a large
family gathering was one of her favorite things to do and she was exceptionally good at it.
Perhaps her best gift was the ability and willingness to take care of others. Many times over the
years she helped friends and family, whether it be financially, taking care of the sick, injured, or
elderly, or simply giving time and being there. She especially loved helping kids and seeing them
grow and flourish. She touched many lives in a positive and loving way, her time in this life will be
cherished by many, and we’ll carry memories of her in our hearts.
