Beverly Ann Hicks of Branson Missouri passed away Friday August 25, 2023 at 87 years of age. She was born on March 6, 1936 in Lacon, Il to Frank and Letha Macumber and moved to Limon, CO as a child where she lived most of her younger life.

Over the years she lived in many different states, but made Branson her home in 1971 and shortly thereafter met the love of her life Kenny, they were married in 1973.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband Kennth as well as her oldest son, Johnny Mitchell.

She is survived by her daughter Linda Watkins (Gary) of Branson, son Forrest of Omaha, NE, daughter in law Judy Mitchell of De Soto, TX, and her 3 step-daughters, Karolyn Noelke (Carl), Washington, MO Kathy Workman (Randy), Ozark, MO and Karla Bramon, Washington, MO. She had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and loved them all.

Beverly worked in the hospitality industry and enjoyed her customers from all around the world, but she loved the veterans. She never let one leave without telling them how much she appreciated their service.

Most of all, she loved the lord and knew she would be reunited with her loved ones in heaven.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at Greenlawn Funeral Home Branson.  

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
