Beverly Williams, age 89, of Ozark, MO. formerly of Pleasant Hope, MO, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2024, at the Ozark Nursing Home, Ozark, MO.. Beverly was born to Robert M. and Blanche (Baker) Schaffer on September 22, 1934, in St. Louis, MO. She was raised in St. Louis, Mo. but spent most of her life in this area. Beverly was united in marriage to John A. Williams, who preceded her in death, 2021. Beverly was a member of Crossway Baptist Church and she was employed as a bookkeeper for Dick’s Machine Shop.
When not working, she had many interests and pastimes including shopping for antiques.
Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, John J.W. Williams, her parents, her son: Daryl Williams, grandson: Jayson Williams and her sister, Carolyn. She is survived by her two sons: David Williams and his wife, Brenda, and Dan Williams and his wife, Kathy, and daughter-in-law: Patricia Williams, ten grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and her brother: Robert Schaffer and his wife Ellen.
Memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with burial at Brighton, MO. cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be one hour before services from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. before services. Arrangements are under the heartfelt direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
