Bradley Earl Smith was born March 21, 1962 to Clyde Earl and Evelyn (Keen) Smith. Brad attended grade school in Morrisville, Mo., then graduated from Willard High.
Brad is survived by two daughters, Payton Kaigh and Ragan Riata; his mother, Evelyn Garrison; sisters, Rita Carpenter and Bill, Debbi Shepard and Steve, all of Union Town, Kan.; a son, Chism Hoener, Ft. Scott; nieces and nephews, Jinelle, Justin, Lacey, Bailey and Kylie; great-nieces and nephews, Cierra, Sammi, Kolby, Heston, Canyon, and Stevi; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends many he considered family, The boys from Fall City, Nebraska-Witt Cattle Company, Bob, Brian, and Tom, and his Stockton Lake gang.
He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Garry; grandfather, Clarence Earl Smith; and grandparents, Carl and Ruby Keen.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 3, 2011, from 6 to 8 p.m., in the Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Services will be Friday, March 4, 2011, at 11 a.m., also in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Hickory Grove Cemetery, north of Springfield, Mo.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making donations to an education fund set up for his daughters at the Union State Bank, Union Town, Kan., or through the funeral home.
