Tammy Wright left a message on January 21, 2026:
I feel privileged to have met and known Cecil. I enjoyed sitting and visiting with him when he came in our office. He always had a story to tell and I always found time to just sit and listen. He reminded me a lot of my own daddy, which endeared him to me even more. Enjoy your Heavenly home Cecil. To Mark, John, Angie, Laura and the rest of the family, you are in my thoughts and prayers.
