Charles Robert “Bob” Ahart, a beloved husband, father, and member of the community, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2024, at Buffalo Prairie Center for Rehab and Healthcare Buffalo, MO. He was born on May 15, 1955, in Humansville, MO.
Bob worked in the body shop industry. With a passion for craftsmanship, he dedicated himself to his work, leaving behind a legacy of skill and dedication. Having been baptized and saved at an early age he continued his beliefs through Prison Ministries.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Jessie (Foster) Ahart; three brothers: Roy, Dale, and Jerry Ahart; a sister Rosemary Godfrey; and two nephews: Larry Wayne Godfrey, and Christopher Pritchard.
Bob is survived by his loving spouse, Lisa Ahart; his children: Miami Ahart, Sr., Mandie Hendricks, Amber Piper, Teresha Ahart, and Andrea Ahart; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and one on the way; as well as many other relatives and friends.
In the hearts of those who knew him, Bob will forever be remembered for his kindness, sense of humor, and unwavering love for his family. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A funeral service to honor and celebrate Bob’s life will be held at Pitts Chapel 1:00 pm Friday, September 20, 2024, with burial to follow at Enon Cemetery Wishart, MO. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 19, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Friends and family are invited to join in remembrance and share stories of their cherished memories of Charles. May he rest in peace, his legacy living on in the hearts of those who loved him.
